You may only alter an image for the sole purpose of making a forum avatar or a signature banner created out of your own adopted BlossUm Buddy.

It is recommended you use the link provided to display your BlossUm Buddy on a personal website or profile, at least during growing stages. Please register with me where the BlossUm will be displayed and how to contact you if anything goes wrong. The best way would be to join the forum.

I have the right to deny or take away your adoption license at any time for undisclosed reasons. Any confiscated BlossUm Buddies will be given lots of reassuring hugs and adopted out again. These are very fragile creatures, though, so let's not give them any undue stress and be good mommies and daddies in the first place.

In most cases, I will not take away your adoption license if you leave PonyIsland, Gaia, or whatever venue you acquired your BlossUm from, unless I have no contact info or you have recieved a permanent ban with either my shop or the venue.

Only use your main account during events. Subaccounts and alts are not allowed.

No whining or griefing of others. Do not make others feel bad about winning. If you are having a problem with another player, contact me and I'll try to resolve the issue.

Each BlossUm Buddy is identified to a specific customer. Do not simply put your name on a certificate to adopt a BlossUm. If you really like an image, save it to your hard drive and admire it, but do not claim or redistribute.
